Take a Break From the World"
Brief:
Make a series of posters that are totally different in visual style and tone, but all convey the same message.
About:
With such a chaotic world we live in, and the masses of media that has covered our every day, it sure gets tiring. We are bombarded with so much negative news, whether it is politics, sports updates, celebrity drama, Instagram models, media is constantly buzzing with "Just In" headlines. This message to remind people that we are just human, and it is okay to take a break from all of that drama to relax/care for one's self.
I took the message and applied it to different styles and directions
Title: "Take A Break From The Fire
The harsh fire toxic media can create needs to be put out from time to time.
Title: "Take A Minute"
Political and profound imagery used in a playful way, giving a symbol of America an ironic image.
Title: "Guide to No Fucks"
This illustration depicts carefree characters, letting loose and having fun. This poster also acts as an interactive piece for viewers to draw, color, and manipulate said image when hung up.
Title: "The World Needs to Let Loose"
This is one poster of a series using custom and playful type, color, and mixed printed materials.
Title: "Party Invite"
A poster series using a vintage poster style that when looked at closely is a party invitation to one's own house, alone, customizing a self-care night in without one's phone.
"PARTY INVITE" EXTENTION:
The party can't stop with just some posters, but a service when ordered online, that delivers unique surprising packages that may consist of anything from, alcohol, skincare products, CBD, oils, sexual/pleasure items, etc. One can even order individual products from the app/website if they have something specific in mind.
